🛑 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • You provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.
  • In case of a wrong item received, an uncut unboxing video from the moment of opening the package is mandatory.

If these conditions are met, we will offer either:

A refund, processed to your original payment method.

A replacement, if available, or

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Items returned without prior approval from our team.

Change of mind or personal dislike after purchase.

Minor color or texture differences due to photography or screen settings.

Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or mishandling after delivery.

🔄 Refund Process

In case of cash-on-delivery orders, store credit may be offered.

Once your return request is approved and verified, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment.

📩 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Our team will verify and respond with the next steps within 24–48 hours.

Email us at Support@thenimaya.com with your order ID, issue details, and required photo/video evidence.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are payable by the customer.
  • However, once we receive your return and validate the issue, we’ll issue you a discount coupon of the same value (equal to your return shipping cost) for use on your next purchase.
  • To claim this, please share your return shipping receipt with us at support@thenimaya.com.
